It depends on the codes and regulations of the City or Unincorporated parts of the County permitting ADUs. Some move projects through in less than 3 months, others take 6 or more months to a year.
How Long Does it Take To Complete
Typically, we start planning within a week—our team manages all permitting and code compliance, coordinating directly with local authorities to keep the process hassle-free for you.
What Warranty is Offered?
All craftsmanship is backed by a five-year labor warranty, and we honor manufacturer warranties (not including labor) on all building materials including appliances. Extended coverage options are also available.
